The way the food is cooked is
also an important consideration. Frying is discouraged for bodybuilding food
recipes. Raw, boiled, grilled and broiled are the best means to make sure that
vitamins are kept on its natural condition.
Thus, dairy products, fruits and vegetables
are necessary in order to keep the balance of bodybuilding diet.
